RIGHT TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
Customers who purchase online have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

How to request a return?

1. Send a written request for a return to info@mpearlsjewelry.com

2. Return the product to our address:

MPEARLS - obrt za izradu nakita, Pernatska 4, 10040 Zagreb

no later than 14 days from sending the return request.

3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

4. The customer covers the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

If the product has defects, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act. Complaints can be submitted via email at info@mpearlsjewelry.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the defect.

The customer may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
